摘要
目的:探讨医护联合查房用于心外科护理的临床效果。方法:将本院心外科作为研究地点,比较本科室实施医护联合查房前后患者对护理工作的满意度及护士核心能力的评分情况。结果:实施医护联合查房后,护士核心能力评分明显高于实施前,患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于实施前,且差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施医护联合查房有助于提高护士自身的核心能力,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床进行广泛应用。
objective: to study the medical clinical effect of combined operation for cardiac care. Methods: compare our heart as a research site, undergraduate course room implement medicalpatients before and after the joint operation of the core competence of the nursing job satisfaction and the nurse grading. Results: after implementing medical joint operation, the nurse before thebeginning of the core ability score significantly higher than the patient to nursing job satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the implementation, and significant difference, statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of medical joint operation is helpful to improve the nurse's own core ability, improve patients satisfaction of nursing work, is worth widely usedin clinical.
