干燥中动态拉伸对皮革得革率的影响

得革率是皮革生产中的一项重要经济指标,与企业的经济效益息息相关。不同干燥方式对皮革的得革率影响很大。本文以牛蓝湿革为原材料,通过复鞣、中和、加脂处理制得坯革试样,研究了干燥时不同循环应力状态(平行动态拉伸、垂直动态拉伸和交替动态拉伸)对皮革尺寸及其得革率的影响。结果表明,平行拉伸时平行边长增大,垂直边长不断减小,得革率先增大后减小,最后趋于稳定。垂直拉伸试样的规律与水平拉伸结果相反。交替拉伸时平行边长在每一轮交替拉伸中不断减小,垂直边长先减小后增大,最终得革率不断增大。同一种拉伸方式下全拉伸试样的得革率最大,对比试样的得革率最小。同一试样不同拉伸方式的比较中,交替拉伸试样的得革率最大,垂直拉伸最小。
Leather yield,which is closely linked with the economic benefits of tanneries,is an important parameter in leather production.The yield is influenced greatly by different ways of drying.In this work,after being chrome tanned,the wet blue was glutaraldehyde retanned,neutralized,and fat liquored to get different crust samples.The effects of cyclic stress(stresses parallel and vertical to the backbone and stresses alternating between two directions) on leather size and yield were studied.The results show that for paralleling stretched samples,the length parallel to backbone increases with length vertical to the backbone decreasing continuously;also the yield rises and then declines to reach stable.The rule of vertically dynamic stretched sample was opposite to the paralleling dynamic stretched ones.As for alternating stretching,length parallel to backbone decreases while vertical length increases at first and decreases later in each round of alternative stretching,and the leather yield increases constantly.It was found that the yield of fully stretched sample is the great,while the control one was the poorest at the same kind of stretching.Comparing different stretching of the same sample,the yield was the best for alternating dynamic stretching,and the yield of vertically dynamic stretched one was the poorest.
