摘要
我国已成为电梯使用量最大的国家,电梯的安全运行关系到人民群众的生命财产安全。电梯在使用过程中经常频繁出现电气控制系统故障,为保证电梯的可靠运行,迅速地排除电气故障,延长电气线路和电气设备的使用寿命,文章对电梯电气控制系统常见故障原因进行了分析。阐述了在电梯检验过程中发现的电气控制中存在的问题,希望电梯制造企业在设计、制造和安装调试过程中加以重视,以提高我国电梯运行的安全性能。
China has become the largest use of elevators in the country,the safe operation of the elevator is related to the lives and property of the people.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the elevator,the electrical fault is quickly eliminated and the service life of the electrical circuit and electrical equipment is prolonged.In this paper,the causes of common faults in the elevator electrical control system are analyzed.This paper expounds the existing problems in the electrical control found in the elevator inspection process,and hopes that the elevator manufacturing enterprises will pay attention to the design,manufacture and installation of the debugging process to improve the safety performance of the elevator operation in China.
