小学心育课程融于综合实践活动的模式研究

综合实践活动课程是新课改的新生事物,心理健康教育课是基础教育体系中的重要课程。目前两门课程的实施现状并不乐观,但是心理健康教育的教学方法新颖灵活、综合性强,其教学目标与综合实践活动课程有着许多相似之处。鉴于此,本研究尝试将心理健康教育融入小学综合实践活动课程,探究二者融合实施的可能模式以及实施的效果。本研究拟通过四个子研究进行系统探究:研究一采用文献分析的方法了解国际视野下的综合实践类课程体现的心理健康教育元素;研究二采用访谈法、现场观察、问卷调查法调研山东省部分地区的103名教师、618名学生以了解国内此课程的现状;研究三通过文献分析和理论构建的方法提出两种融合模式和实施方案;研究四选取山东师范大学附属小学的3‐6年级的八个班进行教育实验,仅对实验组的四个班级进行融合型课程模式教学,基于质性和量化的数据与对照组的四个班进行前后测差异比较。本研究的主要发现如下:1.美国、德国、英国、日本、澳大利亚及我国台湾地区的小学综合实践类课程的自我意识、人际关系、学业发展和生活适应等均有心理健康教育元素的体现;2、山东省抽样调查分现,该课程已经开始设立,但是存在课时不足、效果欠佳、综合性不够等问题,没有成型的教师参考书,更没有在课程中渗透心理健康主题的教育内容;3、基于国际先进经验和国内实情,构建了基于活动内容的"认知—建构式"和基于活动形式的"情境—体验式"的融合型课程模式;4、相比于对照组,实验组班级中基于融合型课程模式的课堂设计、教学流程与课下指导对小学生的学习动机与策略、孤独感、人际关系、自尊和希望特质等方面具有积极促进作用。本研究基于小学生的心理发展特点和基础教育的课程改革需要,对小学综合实践活动课程的实施模式进行了尝试性探索,融合型课程模式的有效可行为日后建设综合实践活动和心理健康教育课程体系提供了科学依据。
Comprehensive practical activities course is a new type of course, which originated from the new elementary education curriculum reform. Mental health educational course is gradually getting important course in elementary education system. However, the implementation situation of these two courses is not as ideal as expected. Given that the flexible and comprehensive teaching method of mental health education and its similar teaching object with comprehensive practical activities course, this research aims to create the integrated pattern of both mental health education course and comprehensive practical activities course, and designs to improve the implemental effect of two courses. This research included four studies: Research One, reviewed the mental health education element reflected in comprehensive practical activities course among several developed countries or regions, such as USA, Japan, Taiwan. Research Two, investigated 103 teachers and 618 students through interviewing, observation and questionnaire in order to know the domestic implement conditions of the comprehensive practical activities course. Research Three, framed two integrated implement models through document analysis and theory construction method. Research Four, investigated eight classes of three to six grade in one elementary school and compared the differences between experimental groups and control groups. The results showed that: 1. In America, Germany, England, Japan and Chinese Taiwan region, cultivation and guidance for self-conscious, relationships, academic development and life adaption of elementary students reveals application of essence of mental health education in comprehensive practical activities course. 2. the comprehensive practical activities course has been set up basically, but there are also some problems such us limitation of class hour, weak effects and insufficient comprehension based on our finding of the survey of comprehensive practical activities course in Shandong province. 3. The present study framed two integratedpatterns. One is the content-based pattern:Cognition-Construction, the other is the form-based pattern: Circumstance-Experience. 4. Comparing to control group, the intervention including the curriculum design and teaching intervention and class guidance based on integration pattern in the experimental group can improvethe motivation and strategy of learning, loneliness and relationships as well as esteem and hope significantly. Under the need of the elementary education course reforms, this study attempted to explore the implementation model of comprehensive activities course in elementary schools. The validity and feasibility of integrated pattern provide valueble insights for the construction of comprehensive practice activity and mental health education curriculum system in the future.
