基于STAR-CD的柴油机喷雾校核网格尺寸研究

摘要
基于STAR-CD软件在定容弹和发动机功率点两种工况下研究了不同网格尺寸对柴油机喷雾特性的影响。通过对比发现:随着网格尺寸的减小,喷雾模拟结果的准确性得到提高,喷雾初始段的网格尺寸对喷雾计算结果准确性影响非常大。在定容弹工况下进行柴油机喷雾校核时喷雾初始段的网格尺寸需要细化到0.5mm以下,如果对计算精度要求较高,则最好采用0.25mm网格,其余喷雾区采用1mm网格。而在进行实际发动机缸内过程模拟时,喷雾初始段可采用0.5mm,其余喷雾区的网格应保持在1mm左右。
Based on the STAR-CD software,the influence of different grid size on the spray characteristics of diesel engine was studied in a constant volume bomb and an engine power point.By contrast:the accuracy of spray simulation result is improved by decreasing grid size,and the initial period of spray grid size is very important to the accuracy of spray calibration result.The initial period of spray grid size must be refined to 0.5 mm below while simulating diesel spray in a constant volume bomb.If the calibration precision is higher,the grid size should be 0.25 mm,and 1mm in other spray zone.In the simulation of the actual process in cylinder,the initial period of spray grid size should be 0.5 mm,and the other should be maintained at around 1mm.
