82B高线盘条拉拔表面横裂原因分析

82B在拉拔过程中出现表面横裂现象,通过缺陷宏观形貌观察、化学成分、金相组织分析以及扫描电镜分析,得出产生表面横裂的原因是连铸坯表面增碳,使高线近表面形成网状碳化物和块状碳化物的异常组织,拉拔变形过程中在异常组织处形成微裂纹,微裂纹扩展、合并形成宏观裂纹。连铸过程中保护渣卷入铸坯中是形成盘条表面局部增碳的重要原因。
82B wire rod occurred surface crack during drawing process,by adopting macro appearance observation,chemical composition,metallurgical analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The reason of cracks is wire rod surface carburization,large banded distribution carbide formed in wire surface.The micro cracks occur in block carbide area in drawing process,micro cracks expand and combine to macro cracks in wire rod surface stage.The key reason of the surface carburization in steel wire rod was that the casting powder is involved into casting billet continuous casting.
