气相缓蚀剂的制备及其抗CO_2腐蚀性能评价

摘要
采用气质联用研究了吗啉、二乙胺和甲醛反应产物的组成,确定了产物中双吗啉基甲烷、四乙基甲二胺和N,N-二乙基胺甲基吗啉的相对含量,并对比了这三种化合物抗CO_2气相腐蚀的性能。从分子能级结构推断双吗啉基甲烷和N,N-二乙基胺甲基吗啉同钢铁的结合较为紧密,挥发减量实验证明四乙基甲二胺具有较好的挥发性,腐蚀挂片和电化学研究表明N,N-二乙基胺甲基吗啉具有较高的缓蚀效率。结果表明,吗啉、二乙胺和甲醛三种主要反应产物之间有一定的相互弥补与增效作用。
GC-MS was used to study the reaction composition of morpholine、diethylamine and formaldehyde and confirm the relative content of three main compound containing bi-morpholine-methyl-alkyl,Methanediamine and N,N-diethyl-aminomethyl-morpholine.The resistance to CO_2 vapor phase corrosion properties of these three kinds compound was compared.The combination of bi-morpholine-methyl-alkyl and steel was most closely inferred from the molecular level structure.Methanediamine and N,N-diethyl-aminomethyl-morpholine had better volatile that was proved by volatile loss experiment.N,N-diethyl-aminomethyl- morpholine had better vapor phase corrosion rate which was showed by corrosion coupon and electrochemical experiment Therefore these three main product of morpholine、diethylamine and formaldehyde had a certain role in mutually complementary and synergistic.
