某挂架脉冲移动式装配线设计研究

摘要
脉冲移动式(简称脉动式)装配线是介于传统固定站位式与连续移动式之间的一种装配形式,其先进的生产模式是未来航空制造企业装配生产的大趋势。站位负荷平衡问题是脉动式装配生产线设计中的关键问题之一,其优劣程度直接影响到脉动线能否高效运转。本文利用基于改进逆向差分进化算法的装配线平衡程序,以某型挂架装配生产线为对象.研究了该脉动生产线的站位划分、作业分配以及站位负荷平衡的问题。通过对程序计算结果的分析,本文确定了装配线的站位个数和作业分配情况,在保证各站位负荷平衡性最大化的同时,缩短了装配生产的节拍。
Due to the advanced manufacture method,the pulse moving assembly line,intermediating between the usual fixed station assembly and continuous moving assembly,would be the new tendency employed in the aviation manufacturing assembly line.Station load balancing is one of the most important issues to be solved in the pulse moving assembly line design,and the result will directly affect whether the pulse assembly line is efficient or not.An assembly balancing procedure based on improved reverse differential evolution algorithm is employed to research three issues of a certain type of weapon pylons pulse assembly line,including workstation partition,work assignment and load balance.According to the procedure calculation results,the number of workstations and the work assignment suggestion are proposed in the paper to maximize the workstation load balancing rate and minimize the rhythm of the assembly in the meaning while.
