金属钛夹在消化道息肉高频电凝电切术的应用探讨

摘要
目的:分析金属钛夹在消化道息肉高频电凝电切术的应用。方法:研究选择2014年4月到2016年4月期间,消化道息肉的患者200例作为研究对象,全部患者均选择高频电凝电切术和金属钛夹进行治疗,针对山田Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型息肉的患者,应在黏膜下方进行注射,当息肉呈现隆起状态后,可以选择高频电凝电切术进行治疗,最后采用金属钛夹完成创面的夹闭。而山田Ⅲ型与Ⅳ型息肉的患者先采用金属钛夹对息肉根部进行夹紧,结合高频电凝电切术对患者消化道息肉进行清除。结果:在200例患者中,总共发现息肉245枚,手术切除240枚,总成功率为97.9%,在所有患者治疗中,并未发现出血和穿孔等症状。结论:金属钛夹在消化道息肉高频电凝电切术的应用,具有安全性高和应用效果较为理想的特点,不仅操作简单,而且还能对患者出血和穿孔等相关并发症进行有效预防,是现阶段消化道息肉患者最佳治疗手段。
Objective: to analyze the application of titanium clip in the digestive tract polyps high-frequency electroblation. Methods: the study selected from April 2014 to April 2016, gastrointestinal polyps in 200 patients as the research object, all patients were selected for high-frequency electroblation and metal titanium clips in the treatment for type I, Yamada with type IIpolyp patients should be injected in the mucosa below, when polyps present uplift state, can choose high-frequency electroblation treatment, clipping the metal clip complete the wound. Conclusion: theapplication of titanium clip in the digestive tract polyps high-frequency electrical coagulation electrocision, high security features and application effect of the ideal, not only has the advantages ofsimple operation, but also can effectively prevent the bleeding and perforation related complications, is the stage of gastrointestinal polyps the best treatment.
