摘要
取向硅钢高温退火的各阶段控制对产品质量至关重要。装炉时钢卷整齐的一面是否与底板接触、钢卷内化合水在特定温度和时间内有无排出干净、高保温阶段有无彻底净化钢质、降温速率和出炉钢卷的温度是否控制在工艺要求范围之内,这些都是高温退火时产品表面和板形质量的控制重点。
