82例家庭跟进式护理对社区老年脑卒中患者康复依从性的有效性观察

摘要
目的:研究家庭跟进式护理对社区老年脑卒中患者康复依从性的影响与效果。方法:选取我院2012年11月~2014年11月收治的老年脑卒中患者164例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各82例患者。对照组患者采取常规护理的方式,由其家属帮助进行康复训练;观察组患者采取家庭跟进式护理的方式进行康复训练,然后观察比较两组患者的康复依从性效果。结果:通过为期3个月的康复护理后,对比观察两组患者康复治疗依从性,发现采取常规护理的对照组总依从率要大大低于采用家庭跟进式护理的观察组总依从率。结论:通过对82例老年脑卒中患者采取家庭跟进式护理,能够起到提高患者依从性作用,还能够改善疗效,大大提升患者的生活质量,值得临床广泛推广使用。
Objective: To study the effect and effect of family follow-up nursing on rehabilitation compliance of elderly stroke patients. Methods: 164 patients with stroke in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 82 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing way and by their families to help rehabilitation training; patients in the observation group to take the family to follow the way of nursing and rehabilitation training, and then observe the were compared between the two groups of patients compliance with rehabilitation effect. Results: through a period of 3 months of rehabilitation nursing were observed and compared two groups of patients in rehabilitation therapy compliance, found that the adoption of the routine care control group, the total compliance rate is much lower than the home follow-up nursing observation group, the total compliance rate. Conclusion: through of 82 cases of senile cerebral apoplexy patients take home follow-up care, can improve patient compliance role, but also can improve curative effect, greatly enhance the quality of life of patients, is worthy of widely used.
