丙烯酸交联剂-氮丙啶交联剂的合成及性能研究

摘要
常用皮革涂饰剂的分子结构都是线型的,如丙烯酸树脂等。这类材料的力学性能相对较差,对使用温度比较敏感,当温度低于玻璃化温度时,涂层易脆裂;随着温度升高,分子间相对滑动加剧,产生粘性流动,树脂变软发粘。适当的交联可以强化分子的网络结构,使分子链间不易产生滑动,有利于封闭亲水基团,使其耐水、耐溶剂性、耐摩擦性能及力学性能均得以提高。本文通过氮丙啶环的制备和交联剂的合成两步法制备了丙烯酸交联剂。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等因素对反应的影响,通过测定反应转化率确定最优化反应条件。将交联剂应用于丙烯酸涂饰工序后,所得膜的力学性能及耐水性、耐溶剂性都有很大的提高。实验确定了最适氮丙啶环交联剂的制备条件:浓硫酸与乙醇胺的摩尔比为1.2:1;反应温度140℃,反应时间2.5 h。当加入适量氮丙啶交联剂时,丙烯酸树脂胶膜的力学性能及耐水、耐溶剂性能显著提高。
The molecular structures of leather finishing agents commonly used are linear,such as acrylic resin etc.The mechanical properties of these materials are relatively poor,the using temperature is relatively sensitive,coating films are brittle when the temperature is lower than the glass temperature.When the temperature rises,the molecule began to slide relatively,viscous flow,resin soft.Crosslinking agent can change molecular structure,make the sliding of molecular chain difficult when subjected to a tensile force.Crosslinkage can also close hydrophilic groups,increase water and solvent resistance and improve friction properties and mechanical properties.In this paper,crosslinking agent was prepared through the aziridine ring preparation and crosslinking agent synthesis.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and the influence of raw material ratio in the reaction were studied by measuring the reaction conversion rate to determine the optimum reaction conditions.The membrane mechanical properties and water or solvent resistance were improved when the crosslinking agent was used in acrylic resin finishing,and effect on membrane performance was studied crosslinking agent added and found that greatly improved.The preparation conditions of the optimum n-N-pyridine ring were determined by the experiments:the molar ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid and ethanol amine was 1.2:1;the temperature was 140 ℃,and the reaction time was 2.5 hours.The crosslinking agent can be used at room temperature.The crosslinking agent improved acrylic resin film mechanical properties and water or solvent resistance.
