摘要
<正>热塑性聚氨脂弹性体(TPU)是一种性能优异的新型高分子材料,其制备轻型输送带的覆层具有拉伸强度高、热稳定性好、耐磨、表面平整、易清洁等优点~([1])。但其耐天那水腐蚀性能欠佳。本文采用具有一定弹性、且耐溶剂的尼龙12(PA 12)~([2]),对TPU进行共混改性,采用双螺杆挤出机制备不同配比的尼龙/聚氨酯复合材料薄带,测试其耐溶剂性能和力学性能。不同配比TPU/PA12的FT-IR见图1。随着PA12用量逐步增加到20%(Wt),在2920 cm~(-1)
