单组分夺氢型光引发剂的合成与性能表征

摘要
二苯甲酮(BP)是光固化领域中应用较广泛的夺氢型光引发剂之一,它通常需要与胺类等助引发剂复配以应用于光固化体系。然而,当助引发剂添加量较高时,会产生一定的气味并影响固化膜性能。为了降低助引发剂带来的不良影响,本文通过设计并合成了单组分夺氢型光引发剂MBPMP,并对其吸光性能、光引发性能以及在固化膜中的残留量进行了研究。
Benzophenone(BP) is one of the widely used Type Ⅱ photoinitiators in the field of UV-curing.The co-initiators(amines) usuallyneed to be added intoUV-curing system,but the high concentration of co-initiators will cause odor and effect properties of curing film.In order to reduce the adverse effects caused by the co-initiators,the photoinitiator(MBPMP) was synthesized in this article.The kinetics of photopolymerization,absorption performance and residues analysisof MBPMPwere studied.
