功能性棉纤维对Cd~(2+)离子的简便检测和预警

摘要
利用SI-ATRP技术在棉纤维表面枝接聚3-磺酸丙基甲基丙烯酸钾盐聚合物刷(PSMP),然后通过静电作用在PSMP上引入TMPYP分子制备Cotton-SMP-Tmpyp(CST),用于现场环境Cd~(2+)离子浓度的简便检测和预警。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、元素分析等手段对CST的制备条件进行探索,并对CST的形貌、结构和化学组成进行表征,同时探讨CST吸附Cd~(2+)离子过程中的相关影响因素,建立Cd~(2+)溶液初始浓度和CST-Cd~(2+)颜色变化之间的线性关系。从实验结果可知,CST对Cd~(2+)离子吸附的最佳pH值为7,且颜色随吸附量的增加由红棕色变深绿色;吸附动力学可很快达到平衡,吸附量可达0.70mmol/g,并符合假二级动力学(PSO)模型。
In this study,a functionalized cotton fiber(CST) was prepared by grafting of 3-sulfopropyl methacrylate potassium salt(SMP) polymer brush via the SI-ATRP technique,followed by the immobilization of TMPYP molecules.The prepared CST fibers were used for the simple warning and detecting of Cd~(2+) ions in aqueous solutions.SEM,FTIR and XPS were used for the determination of the preparation conditions,as well as the characterization of the CST fibers.In addition,the influencing factors on the adsorption of Cd~(2+) ions,as well as the linear relationship of the Cd~(2+) ion initial concentrations with the color change of the CST-Cd~(2+) were investigated.Results showed that the highest Cd~(2+) ion adsorption capacity was reached at pH7,and the color of the CST-Cd~(2+)were changed from brownish to dark green with the increase of the adsorption capacity.The adsorption kinetics reached equilibrium fast and an adsorption capacity of 0.70mmol/g was achieved.
