HMDI型聚氨酯弹性体的改性研究

摘要
以4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚醚多元醇等为主要原料,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成了聚氨酯弹性体(PUE),并采用环氧树脂对HMDI型聚氨酯弹性体进行了改性研究。讨论了化学改性后PUE的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度、压缩永久变形、耐水性、损耗因子等性能。结果表明,环氧树脂中的环氧基团发生开环反应,能有效改善聚氨酯和环氧树脂分子间的相容性及相互贯穿程度;随环氧树脂添加量的增加,PUE硬度逐渐减小,而压缩永久变形、断裂伸长率逐渐增加,PUE耐水性和拉伸强度先增加后降低;动态力学性能测试表明,随环氧树脂添加量的增加,PUE的T_g逐渐增加,而损耗因子tanδ_(max)逐渐减小。
The polyurethane elastomers were synthesized with HMDI,polyether plolyols as the main raw material,l,4-butanediol(BDO) as the chain extender by two-step process,and then were modified with epoxy resin(EP) by chemical methods.The tensile strength,elongation at break,hardness,compression set,water-resistant capability,loss factor of modified polyurethane elastomers were studied especially.The results showed that the epoxide groups in epoxy resin occurred ring-opening reaction,effectively improved the miscibility and interpenetrate of PU and EP.The hardness gradually decreased,the elongation at break and compression set gradually increased,the tensile strength and the waterresistant capability firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing amount of epoxy resin.The DMTA indicated that the glass transition temperature(T_g) of PU was gradually increased but the loss factor(tanδ_(max)) decreased with the increasing amount of epoxy resin.
