XYlink 1604扩链剂在聚氨酯弹性体中的应用研究

摘要
分别以XYlink 1604、MOCA及E-300为固化剂,与相同的预聚体反应,制备了聚氨酯弹性体,比较了3种扩链剂制备弹性体的机械性能、耐热性及耐溶剂性能。以同一种聚酯二醇与不同二异氰酸酯(MDI-100、MDI-50及TDI-100)反应制备相同NCO含量的预聚物,比较了3种异氰酸酯对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明XYlink 1604制备的弹性体具有较高的硬度、耐热性及耐溶剂性能,XYlink 1604固化体系有较长可操作时间,用于TDI-100体系时制备弹性体釜中寿命长适于制备大型制品,用于MDI-100体系是也有可以操作的时间,XYlink 1604制备的弹性体与E-300和MOCA有比较接近的机械性能。
XYlink 1604,MOCA and the E-300 were used to cure the same prepolymer to prepared polyurethane elastomer.The mechanical properties,heat resistance and solvent resistance were compared.The prepolymers with the same NCO content were prepared by same polyester diol and different diisocyanates such as MDI-100,MDI-50 and TDI-100,and the properties of the three elastomers were compared.The results showed that elastomer cured with XYlink 1604 had high hardness,heat resistance and solvent resistance.PU elastomer cured by XYlink 1604 had long potlife.The PU systems based on TDI-100 and XYlink 1604 had long pot life,so XYlink 1604 was suitable for the preparation of large products.For MDI-100 system,it was also had the time to operate.The elastomer prepared with curing agent XYlink1604 had close mechanical properties with that based on E-300 and MOCA.
