摘要
目的:探讨血浆α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断的价值。方法:检测本院自2014年1月-2016年6月期间收治的37例原发性肝癌患者,42例肝脏良性病变者和45例健康体检者血浆AFU和AFP浓度。结果:原发性肝癌患者血浆AFU和AFP水平及阳性率明显高于肝脏良性病变组和健康体检组(P<0.01);肝脏良性病变组明显高于健康体检组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;AFU和AFP联合检测可提高原发性肝癌检查的敏感性和准确性。结论:血浆AFU和AFP联合检测,能够有效的提高原发性肝癌阳性检出率。
objective: to study the plasma alpha L- fucus glycosidase(AFU) and AFP(AFP) the value of combined detection ofprimary hapetatic carcinima diagnosis. Methods: to test in ourhospital from January 2014 to June 2016 treated during the period of 37 patients with primary liver cancer, 42 cases of liver benign lesions and 45 cases of healthy check-up plasma concentration of AFUand AFP. Results: primary liver cancer patients plasma AFU and AFP levels and the positive rate was obviously higher than the liver benign lesion group and healthy Ti Jian Zu(P < 0.01); Liver benignlesion group is significantly higher than healthy Ti Jian Zu(P < 0.01), the difference was statistically significant; AFU and AFP joint detection can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of primary livercancer check. Conclusion: plasma AFU and AFP joint detection, can effectively improve the positive rate of primary liver cancer was.
