摘要
目的探讨高频超声在小儿急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2016年1月西京医院儿科急诊超声检查的急腹症患儿70例。结果肠套叠15例,阑尾炎14例,肠梗阻10例,腹型过敏性紫癜肠壁增厚7例,先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄4例,急性肠系膜淋巴结炎20例。结论高频超声方便,快捷有助于发现小儿急腹症中的危急值病例,为急腹症患儿的急诊手术治疗提供可靠的诊断依据。
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the application of acute abdomen in children. Methods To retrospectively review 70 cases of children with acute abdomen from January 2015 to January 2016 in Xijing Hospital pediatric emergency ultrasound examination. Results15 cases of intussusceptions, Appendicitis in 14 cases, Intestinal obstruction in 10 cases, Intestinal wall thickening in abdominal type allergic purpura: a case of 7 cases, Congenital hypertrophic stenosis in 4 cases,20 cases of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is convenient, quick, it helped to found in children with acute abdomen in the critical value cases and provide reliable diagnostic basis for treatment of emergency surgery in children with acute abdomen.
