舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年7月-2015年7月间本院收治的股骨颈骨折患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组患者接受临床常规护理干预,观察组患者接受舒适护理干预,比较两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、Harris髋关节功能评分,护理相关并发症发生率等。结果:观察组患者的术后1d、2d VAS评分值均明显低于对照组,术后2月及4月的Harris髋关节功能评分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);褥疮、创口感染、泌尿系统感染、下肢静脉曲张等并发症发生率6.52%明显低于对照组21.74%(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理有助于缓解股骨颈骨折患者创口疼痛程度,改善髋关节功能,减少术后并发症。
Objective:to investigate the application value of comfortable nursing in the femoral neck fracture.Methods:selected in July 2013- July2015 in our hospital treated 92 cases of femoral neck fracture patients as the research object,using the random number table method divided into observation group and control group(n = 46).Control group patients received routine clinical nursing intervention,the observation group patients comfortable nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with visual analog pain score(VAS),Harris hip score function,nursing related complications.Results:observation group of patients with postoperative 1 d and 2 d VAS score values were significantly lower than the control group,postoperative in February and April Harris hip function score values were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05):Bedsore,wound infection,incidence of complications such as urinary tract infection,lower limb varicose veins 6.52%significantly lower than the control group 21.74%(P < 0.05).Conclusion:comfortable nursing can help ease the patients with femoral neck fracture wound pain degree,improve the function of hip joint,reduce the postoperative complications.
