肺炎支原体感染致儿童慢性咳嗽的临床探析

摘要
目的:探讨儿童慢性咳嗽疾病和肺炎支原体感染的关系,并探索治疗的方法。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的61例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,定为观察组,并选择同期61例急性上呼吸道患儿作为对照组,对所有患儿都采用被动凝集法(MP-Ig M)对血清肺炎支原体抗体进行测定,同时对于观察组由肺炎支原体感染导致该的33例患者实施大环内聚类抗生素序贯治疗,观察治疗的效果。结果:观察组当中,由肺炎支原体感染的患儿有33例,占54.10%,对照组占13.11%,两组对比具有明显的差异P<0.05,有统计学意义。对观察组33例肺炎支原体感染的慢性咳嗽患儿治疗后,有效率达到了93.94%。结论:肺炎支原体感染是造成儿童慢性咳嗽的主要原因之一,而治疗时可以选择大环内聚类抗生素。
objective: to study the disease of chronic cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and explore the approach of treatment.
