摘要
目的:探讨老年耐多药肺结核患者60例实施心理护理的效果。方法:分析我院收治的60例老年耐多药肺结核患者,对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者给予心理护理,观察两组患者的心理焦虑情绪的改善情况。结果:干预组患者的总有效率、SCL-90评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年耐多药肺结核患者实施心理护理,可以取得满意的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological care in 60 elderly patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled in our hospital.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the intervention group were treated with psychological care to observe the improvement of psychological anxiety in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and SCL-90 score of the intervention group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The psychological care of elderly patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect and deserve clinical application.
