摘要
目的:对吴茱萸封包治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛的疗效进行对比分析。方法:选取本院门诊2016年6月至2016年12月急诊肠道门诊收治的100例急性胃肠炎伴痉挛性腹痛的患者,将其随机平均分成两组,治疗组予吴茱萸封包热敷脐周,对照组予消旋山茛宕碱10毫克加入0.9%生理盐水中静滴。结果:两组患者疼痛缓解时间和治疗前VAS评分无统计学差异((P>0.05),但治疗后两组VAS评分有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者的总有效率(96%)显着高于对照组(84%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸封包治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛简便廉验,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe therapeutic efficacy of Fructus Evodiae hot compress packet for treating the spastic abdominal pain caused by acute gastroenteritis.Methods:100 cases with spastic abdominal pain caused by acute gastroenteritis in emergency department of our hospital from June 2016 to December2016 were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Trial group was treated with hot compress packets of Fructus Evodiae,control group was treated with anisodamine.Results:the pain relief time and the VAS scores before treatment of trial group and control group had no statistical significance((P>0.05),but the VAS scores after treatment of trial group and control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of the trial group(96%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(84%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:hot compress packets of Fructus Evodiae can relieve the spastic abdominal pain caused by acute gastroenteritis and is worthy of promotion.
