摘要
研究了某定向凝固高温合金的热机械疲劳寿命预测方法。基于粘塑性本构理论建立了镍基高温合金的循环和蠕变变形数值模拟方法,针对两种不同应力集中因子的圆棒缺口进行了粘塑性应力分析;建立了一种基于高应力体积平均的缺口寿命理论,并预测了两种缺口在热机械疲劳载荷下的寿命。
Thermal mechanical fatigue life prediction method was investigated for a directionally solidified superalloy. Firstly, a viscoplastic constitutive theory was established to model the cyclic and creep deformation at different temperatures. Then, the model was used to analysis the stress and strain at the notches for specimens with two different stress concentration. Finally, a high stress volume average method was developed to deal with the notch effect, and the TMF life was predicted using this model for superalloy with different notches.
