聚砜膦酸的合成及其酸碱复合质子交换膜材料制备

摘要
本文利用丙酮基膦酸二甲酯与苯酚反应制得含膦酸酯基团的双酚A单体,再与4,4′-二氟二苯砜缩聚、经水解合成聚砜膦酸。在此基础上,与聚砜三氮唑复合,得到酸碱复合质子交换膜材料。本文利用~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR表征了聚合物的结构,并表征了材料的热稳定性、抗氧化性、吸水性、质子电导率、抗甲醇穿透率等性质。结果表明,本文制备的复合膜,性能大大优于其组成材料的性能,具有协同效应,是一种优越的质子交换膜。
Phosphonated bisphenol A was synthesized from dimethyl 2-oxopropylphosphonate and phenol,and then condensed with 4,4'-difluorophenyl sulfone forming polysulfone phosphonate.Polysulfone phosphonic acid was obtained by the following hydrolysis,and was composited with polysulfone triazole resulting in an acid-base composite proton exchange membrane material.The molecular structures of monomers and polymers were characterized via ~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR,and the thermal stability,oxidation stability,water uptake,proton conductivity and methanol permeability were characterized.It was concluded that the composite membrane was an outstanding proton conducting material,greatly outperform its components attributing to a synergistic effect between the phosphonic acid groups and triazolyl groups.
