脉冲变压器对PFN-Marx充电过程分析

摘要
脉冲变压器对PFN-Marx充电这种非恒压直流充电方式使得各级PFN之间能采用自击穿开关。在PFN-Marx充电过程中,网络延时使得各级PFN上充电电压不一致和充电电流分布不均匀。这种不均匀性提高了电容器损坏的风险和系统工作的不稳定性。本文从LC梯形网络出发,采用电路原理推导了脉冲变压器对PFN-Marx充电时每一级PFN上充电电压计算方法,进而研究了系统参数及电感排列方式对充电电压一致性的影响,模拟研究表明该计算方法可以为PFN-Marx结构和参数设计提供参考。
The non-constant voltage charging as pulse transformer to PFN-Marx makes it possible that sections are able to conduct utilizing self-breakdown switches. During charging process, time delay effect brings uneven distribution of the voltage and current on each section, which rises the breaking-down risk of capacities and instability of the system. This article starts form LC ladder and then derives the calculating method of voltage on sections during the process of the pulse transformer charging to PFN-Marx. Furthermore, the influence of parameters in the system and inductors' arrangement on consistency of the charging voltage is studied. Simulations indicate that method could be a reference when it comes to PFN-Marx designing.
