胜利油田王岗污水站腐蚀原因分析

摘要
胜利油田已进入高含水时期,随着油田采出水的大量产出,采出水处理设施的腐蚀问题也愈加严重。针对胜利油田王岗污水站采出水的特点,研究和分析了采出水的腐蚀问题,为下一步治理措施的采取提供理论依据。结果表明,王岗污采出液成分复杂,水体本身具有较强的腐蚀性,同时采出液里还含有游离二氧化碳以及硫化物等腐蚀性气体,是造成水体腐蚀性强的主要原因。另外,还对王岗污水站所用缓蚀剂进行了筛选试验,发现用缓蚀剂对明显升高的硫化物和游离二氧化碳出现不适应,建议重新筛选缓蚀剂。
Shengli Oilfield has entered the high water cut period.With the large quantities of oily wastewater,the corrosion of the oily wastewater treatment has becoming more and more seriously.This paper presents a quantity live study on the erosion factor of this system according to the quality of wanggang sewage plant wastewater,which can be used in the following measurement against to oily wastewater.The result indicated that the components of wanggang oily wastewater is complex and strongly corrosive.Besides,the oily wastewater contains free carbon dioxide and sulfide and other corrosive gases,which is the main reason results in the strong corrosion.Besides,a screening experiment was carried out on corrosion inhibitor used in wanggang sewage plant,which indicated that the corrosion inhibitor was not adapted to the increasing sulfide and free carbon dioxide,and the corrosion inhibitor rescreening experiment was suggested.
