不同晶相Cu_2GeS_3纳米晶的可控合成

摘要
油胺-硫(OLA-S)是一种廉价、易得的硫源,广泛应用于胶体纳米晶的制备中~[1-3]。然而其制备条件却一直未受到关注。本文中,我们系统地考察了OLA-S的配制温度,发现以不同温度下制备的OLA-S作为硫源可以得到不同晶相的Cu_2Ge S_3纳米晶。结果表明,不同晶相纳米晶的形成主要是因为不同温度下制备的OLA-S具有不同的活性物种:较低活性(<80 oC下配制)将导致立方相Cu_2GeS_3的形成,而较高的活性(200oC下配制)将促使亚稳的六方相Cu_2Ge S_3的形成。
Oleylamine-sulfur(OLA-S), a cost-effective and available sulfur source, have been widely adopted in synthesis of colloidal nanocrystals(NCs). Attentions, however, have yet been given on the preparation of OLA-S. In this contribution, we present a systematically study on the preparation temperatures of OLA-S. The results indicated that different crystal phase of Cu_2 Ge S_3 NCs will be achieved via changing the preparation conditions of OLA-S, which is due to the different activities of OLA-S: low activity(prepared at <80 oC) will leads to the formation of cubic Cu_2 GeS_3, and high activity(prepared at 200 oC) will results in the formation of hexagonal Cu_2 Ge S_3.
