胶原改性剂γ-聚谷氨酸-NHS酯的制备与表征

选用γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)作为原料,制备胶原改性剂γ-PGA-NHS酯。红外图谱证实γ-PGA-NHS酯具有酯基特征吸收峰,说明γ-PGA-NHS酯制备成功;核磁图谱表明随着NHS加入量的增大,γ-PGA-NHS酯的酯化度也随之增大;差示扫描量热分析说明γ-PGA-NHS酯的热稳定比γ-PGA弱,且酯化度越大,热稳定性越弱。
y-PGA-NHS ester,which was employed as the modifier of collagen,were prepared using y-polyglutamate(y-PGA) and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) as the raw materials.FT-IR was used to characterize the modifier of collagen composition in the prepared y-PGA-NHS ester.The characteristic absorption peak of ester indicated that y-PGA-NHS ester was prepared successfully.Results from nuclear magnetic resonance analysis suggested that the esterification degree of y-PGA-NHS ester increased with the increase of NHS.DSC test were further revealed that the thermal stability of y-PGA-NHS ester was reduced compared with that of pure y-PGA.
