革屑提取胶原蛋白制备含氨基酸水溶肥的研究

摘要
以废弃革屑为原料,首先采用氧化钙水解革屑提取胶原蛋白,再用硫酸将胶原蛋白水解成便于植物吸收的氨基酸和小分子肽,最后螯合金属铁、锌、铜、锰,制备微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料。硫酸的最佳水解工艺:水解温度110℃,硫酸用量为胶原蛋白的1.25倍,水解率达到91%,液体中游离氨基酸总量为231 g/L,高出行业指标131%。制备的微量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料符合液体产品的技术指标和重金属限量要求。
The water-soluble fertilizer containing amino-acids was prepared with collagen extracted from chrome shavings.First,collagen proteins were extracted from chrome shavings by calcium oxide.Then collagen proteins were hydrolyzed to small amino acids and small peptides which were easy to be absorbed by the plant by sulfate.The optimum conditions of acid hydrolysis are as follows:temperature is 110 ℃,amount of sulfuric and protein powder is 1.25:1.The hydrolysis rate is 91%.Free amino acid content in fertilizer is 231 g/L,which is 131%higher than industrial technical index.The heavy metal content of amino acid fertilizer meets the limitation requirement.
