摘要
通过对不同基材双面胶带在不同测试条件下的动态剪切和剥离强度测试,总结了双面胶带粘接性能的影响因素。结果表明,聚氨酯泡棉胶带的动态剪切强度优于聚丙烯酸泡棉胶带;使用高表面能材料能获得更好的粘接效果。
Under different conditions,via the dynamic shear and peel strength tests with different kinds of two sided tapes,we summarize the factors affecting the adhesive performance.The results show that dynamic shear of the polyurethane foam tape was superior to the acrylic foam tape.And high surface energy material is easier to obtain a better bonding strength.
