持续胸腔热灌注化疗恶性胸腔积液近期疗效的分析

摘要
目的探讨持续热灌注化疗对恶性胸腔积液的近期治疗效果。方法将100例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,其中50例为观察组,采用顺铂40m g+20ml复方苦参注入胸腔60m i n,7d 1次直至控制胸水为止;其余50例为对照组,采用单纯顺铂40m g+复方苦参胸腔内灌注法,对两组临床疗效及预后半年内恶性胸腔积液复发情况进行观察。对照组给予非循环胸腔热灌注治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);预后半年内观察组恶性胸腔积液复发率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论持续循环胸腔热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液,效果显著,是安全有效的,值得推广与使用。
Objective To investigate the continuous hyperthermic chemotherapy for malignant pleural effusion curative effect in the near future.Methods 100 patients with malignant pleuraleffusion were randomly divided into two groups, which 50 cases as the observation group, the cisplatin 40 mg +20ml compound matrine injection into thorax 60 m i n, 7 days until control in water so far; remaining 50 cases as control group, the cisplatin only 40mg+ 20 ml matrine injection pleural perfusion method, recurrence of malignant pleural effusion of two groups of clinical curative effect andprognosis in the first half of the year were observed.
