个体情绪定量测试方法及实现技术

随着心身医学的发展,人们认识到消极情绪会对其身体健康产生了巨大的负面影响。因此监控情绪变化就显得非常重要。然而,目前情绪的测试方法,大多是采用主观报告的方法,测试结果的效度不高。随着量子物理学的发展和电子技术的进步,生理学家和心理学家研究了许多定量测试心理情绪的方法。本文重点介绍了:心律变异率测试法、脉搏波形频谱分析法、肌肉测试法、电导几率分布测试法以及基因测序法等在个体情绪测试中的应用及相关的实现技术。心律变异率测试法是通过放在耳垂处的光电传感器测量心跳周期的变化。心跳时间的变化越有规律说明正向情绪越高,反之就是负面情绪;脉搏波形频谱分析法是通过放置在手腕处的压力传感器测量脉搏的波形,经过频谱分析,计算出各个谱频的幅度和相位经与常模进行比较,定量测试身心状态;人体运动学(kinesiology)发现积极或者负面的情感和智力刺激能够增强或减弱指示肌肉的力量。肌肉测试法采用压力传感器和机械臂配合智能软件,代替人工测试人的肌肉力量的变化;电导几率分布测试法是通过电导测试电极与皮肤之间有绝缘的薄膜,形成了一个电容,使用电荷放大器,通过比对法,测量电容的变化,计算出电导值,经大量采样,得到电导几率分布曲线,经过与最佳心身状态的"对数常态分布"进行比对,得出人的身心变化;由于基因芯片技术的发展,基因测序的成本大大降低,本文还介绍了基因测序技术在个体情绪测试中的应用及相关的实现技术。
With the development of psychosomatic medicine, it is recognized that negative emotions will have a tremendous negative impact on their health. Therefore, monitoring changes in mood is very important. However, current testing methods mostly are subjective reporting methods; the validity of test results is not accurate enough. With the advances in the development of quantum physics and electronic technology, physiologists and psychologists studied many quantitative tests psychological and emotional approach. This paper focuses on: heart rate variability(HRV) testing method, the pulse waveform spectrum analysis, muscle test, conductivity probability distribution test method and gene sequencing method, etc, which applied on an individual test and related realization technologies. HRV test method can be performed by measuring the heartbeat cycle on the earlobe by a photoelectric sensor. The more regular changes in heartbeat period indicates the higher the positive emotions and vice versa. Pulse waveform spectrum analysis is obtained by placing pressure sensors at the wrist and measuring the pulse waveforms. By analyzing the results, the amplitude and phase of each spectrum can be calculated; by comparison of the results with the norm, the psychosomatic state can be tested quantitatively. Kinesiologists found that positive or negative emotional and intellectual stimulation can enhance or weaken indication muscle strength. Muscle test can use pressure sensors and manipulators with intelligent software, instead of manual work. Conductance probability distribution testing method is performed by placing a insulating film between the test electrode and the skin, such as a capacitor will be formed. By using a charge amplifier and comparison method, the change of capacitance can be measured, and the conductance value can be calculated. By obtaining the large number of samples, a probability distribution curve can be plotted, with comparison of "log normal distribution" of the best psychosomatic state; people's psychosomatic changes can be obtained. With the development of gene chip technology, gene sequencing cost is extremely reduced. The individual gene sequencing test can be applied for individuals' mood test.
