C臂结合“防盗窗网”体表定位法在脊柱骨折手术中的运用

摘要
目的分析C臂结合金属"防盗窗+钡丝"体表定位法在脊柱骨折手术中运用价值。方法将我院2015年1月-7月诊治的85例患者进行手术治疗,均才用了传统的克氏针定位法及自制的简易金属"防盗窗"形的网片,对它的定位时间,透视次数,透视的准确率进行了分析,统计。结果克氏针定位法所需的时间(12±5)min,透视次数(5±3)次,金属"防盗网"定位法所需的时间(5±3)min,透视定位次数(2±1.3)次。结论自制的金属"防盗网"结合钡丝,体表定位器制作简单,皮肤定位准确,使用方便,价廉物美。易清洗,消毒处理。不易损伤病人的皮肤,并减少了医人员的体力劳动和电离辐射对人体的伤害。
objective to analyze the C arm in combination with metal "window + barium silk" body positioning approach using the value in the spine fracture surgery. Method will make adiagnosis and give treatment from January 2015 to July of 85 patients underwent surgery treatment, all the needle was to use the traditional positioning approach and homemade improvised "window" form of metal mesh, its positioning time, number of perspective, the perspective of accuracy are analyzed, and statistics. Results the time needed for gram needle positioning approach(12 + 5) min, perspective(5 + 3), metal ", "the time needed for positioning approach(5 + 3) min, perspective positioning(2 + /- 1.3). Conclusion homemade metal wire ", "combination of barium, surfacelocator, simple, accurate skin, easy to use, cheap and fine. Easy to clean, disinfection treatment. Not easy to damage the patient's skin, and reduce the physical labor of medical staff and ionizingradiation damage to human body.
