纳米氧化铜的生物毒性及其作用机制

摘要
纳米氧化铜由于其巨大的商业价值被广泛应用于工业生产及医药生产过程中。然而,随着纳米氧化铜在环境中含量的增加,其对生物体产生的影响也愈加严重。目前,纳米氧化铜对生物体产生的毒性效应及其致毒机制方面的报道尚不充分。因此,全面了解纳米氧化铜对生物体的毒性效应及其致毒机制在纳米氧化铜的环境风险评价及其安全利用方面具有重要意义。本文全面总结了纳米氧化铜对微生物、藻类、植物、无脊椎动物脊椎动物的毒性效应及其潜在作用机理。
Copper oxide nanoparticles(Cu O NPs) are increasingly being used in various fields for commercial purposes.However,the increasing use of Cu O NPs was able to lead to their release into environment and pose threat to the ‘non-target' organisms.However,information on the toxic effects and potential mechanisms of Cu O NPs to organisms are still deficient and ambiguities.Comprehensive understanding of Cu O NPs-induced adverse effects and their underlying mechanisms is of great importance to assess the environmental risk of Cu O NPs and expand their use safely.In this review,the toxic effects of Cu O NPs on microorganisms,algae,plants,invertebrates and vertebrates were summarized,and the underlying mechanisms including oxidative stress and dissolution were discussed.
