摘要
目前,我国存在大量70~80年代建造的城市多层结构旧住宅、办公楼,随着我国社会的进步、经济建设的高速发展和城市化进程的加快,以及城市居民生活水平和住宅建造标准的提高,这些落后、陈旧、老化,并且建筑能源消耗大的旧住宅,己不能满足日益提高的现代物质和精神生活的需求,"京沪深穗等一线城市楼市已步入存量房时代,未来呈‘旧楼改造,存量提升'的‘楼宇经济'模式。通过对旧住宅、办公楼的改造,充分发挥资源的整体利用效率,对整个城市的可持续发展,有着重要的意义。同时旧楼改造过程中合理的外墙施工防护架已成为改造过程中的重中之重。常规的附着式升降脚手架、悬挑架等已无法满足现今灵活多变的施工安全需求。本文结合《深圳市南山区政府大楼安全隐患整治项目》重点介绍其外墙装修改造过程中对附着式升降脚手架(TSJPT9.0型)的使用及施工工艺。
At present,in China there are a lot of multilayer structure of the old residential or office building from 70 to80 s.Along with the rapid development of Chinas social progress,economic development and city urbanization,and the improvement of the living standards of residents and city residential construction standards,these old residential buildings of backward,obsolete and aging with large energy consumption,has been unable to meet the modern material and spiritual life with the increasing demand.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of the whole city to give full play to the overall efficiency of the utilization of the old residential buildings and office buildings.At the same time,the construction of the old building in the process of the reasonable construction of the protective frame has become the most important in the transformation process.The conventional attached lifting scaffolding,cantilever frame,etc.can not meet the needs of today's flexible construction safety.This paper focuses on the application and construction technology of attached lifting scaffold(TSJPT9.0 type) in the process of renovation of exterior wall of Nanshan District government building in Shenzhen.
