摘要
2016年央视中秋晚会舞台搭设工程存在工程重要程度高、工期紧、搭设架体大部分位于水中、搭设架体高度高的困难,通过应用自锁式模块脚手架很好地解决以上问题。本文描述了自锁式模块脚手架的特点和施工工艺,通过有限元分析和现场观测,证明白锁式模块脚手架具有承载力高、安装工效高、适用范围广的特点。
There are several challenges faced by the CCTV Mid-Autumn Festival stage erection project in 2016,such as the high importance,short schedule,most of the structure is in the water and the high height of the frame.Through the application of self-locking scaffold,it gives a good solution to these challenges.The characteristics and construction technology of the self-locking scaffold are described.Based on the finite element analysis and field observation,it has been proved that the self-locking scaffold has advantages including excellent bearing capacity,high installation efficiency and wide applicability.
