摘要
近些年来,利用光催化技术脱除油品中的有机氮化物引起人们广泛的关注~([1-2])。本文采用便捷的水热法,通过控制反应溶剂的pH值,合成Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)可见光光催化剂,并且将其应用于吡啶/正辛烷模拟燃油脱氮体系,初步研究其脱氮能力。实验结果表明,只有控制pH为9,才能合成Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13)催化剂。通过光催化反应发现:此材料在吡啶/正辛烷模拟燃油脱氮体系中对吡啶具有一定降解能力:光照4h,吡啶的降解率为40%。
Recently, How to remove all kinds of trace nitride from oil by photocatalytic technology is the most fascinating and challenging issue. In this paper, we report a facile strategy to synthesize Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13) by hydrothermal method at different value of pH. The photocatalytic properties of denitrification was also studied with the obtained samples. The research reveal that pure phase of Ag_(10)Si_4O_(13) can only be obtained at a neutral pH value(pH=7). The results of photocatalytic reation indicated that the degradation rate of model oil(100μg/g pyridine/Octane) reach 40% under visible light over sample in 4h.
