气-液膜吸收器工艺结构优化及应用试验研究

摘要
采用疏水性中空纤维微孔膜,研制新型错流式气-液膜吸收器,以海水或淡水基吸收剂,对模拟烟气、燃煤烟气或工业废气进行脱硫性能评价,考察其工艺结构参数、烟气SO_2浓度、气液压差、操作方式等因素对传质系数、脱硫率及膜效用的影响.用于燃煤烟气和化工过程废气工业侧线试验表明,新型错流式中空纤维膜吸收器气阻低、污染性、膜效用高,脱硫性能稳定,膜吸收单元可模块化集成,膜吸收规模可线性放大,工业化应用前景广阔.
In this paper,the hydrophobic hollow fiber microporous membranes are used to develop a new type of cross flow G-L membrane contactor,which was applied for SO_2 removal from simulation flue gas,flue gas or Industrial waste gas using seawater or fresh water based absorbent.The effects of membrane contactor structure parameters,flow rate and mode between gas and seawater,pressure gradient and SO_2concentration on mass transfer,desulfurization efficiency and membrane utility were investigated.The results showed that:compared with traditional absorption tower,novel membrane gas absorption equipment can control the gas and seawater independently,cope with gas concentration variation.In addition,the main advantages of membrane absorber are low pressure drop,resistant fouling and easy scale-up membrane absorber,so has broad industrialization application prospect.
