两种偶接形式下碳钢和紫铜偶对电偶腐蚀的研究

通过电偶腐蚀监测、电化学交流阻抗测试对比考察了常规偶接、加隔膜偶接两种形式下,碳钢与紫铜偶对在模拟海水中的电偶腐蚀规律。测定了碳钢和紫铜在模拟海水中的电偶电压、电偶电流的变化曲线,探索测试了电偶腐蚀后常规偶接、加隔膜偶接两种形式下碳钢和紫铜对的电化学阻抗谱。结果表明,电偶腐蚀过程中,钢作为阳极被腐蚀,铜作为阴极被保护;常规偶接样的电偶电压基本不变,而隔膜偶接样的电偶电压先是略微上升,再逐渐下降,最后趋于平稳;常规偶接样的电偶电流缓慢下降最终保持稳定,而隔膜偶接样是先上升,后略微下降,最终趋于稳定,说明隔膜有效地抑制了电偶腐蚀的发生;钢和铜偶对在海水中的电偶腐蚀受扩散过程控制;电化学交流阻抗技术验证了电偶腐蚀的腐蚀规律。
The law of Steel and copper even on galvanic corrosion in seawater was investigated by using galvanic corrosion monitoring and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,taking two forms under the conventional and diaphragm.Not only the galvanic voltage and galvanic currents of Steel and Copper had been investigated in seawater,but also the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy had been done.The results indicated that in galvanic corrosion process,Steel as the anode had been corrosion,Copper as the cathode had been protected.The kind of conventional galvanic corrosion's voltage basically unchanged,but the kind of membrane galvanic corrosion's voltage increased slightly at first,then gradually declined,and finally leveled off.The kind of conventional corrosion's galvanic current slowed decline ultimately remained stable,but the kind of membrane galvanic corrosion's galvanic current first increased,then decreased slightly,eventually stabilizing.It's said that diaphragm effectively inhibit the occurrence of galvanic corrosion The galvanic corrosion of Steel and Copper in seawater is controlled by the diffusion process.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy verify the regularity of galvanic corrosion
