经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:利用随机法选择2014年1月—2015年12月期间到本院接受治疗的极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症62例为研究对象。均予以经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行客观评价。结果:与术前相比,患者腰痛VAS评分评分与腿痛VAS评分均下降,手术前后对比差异明显,具备统计学意义(P<0.05);本次研究的Macnab优良率为90.32%。结论:针对极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者,选择经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗能够取得良好疗效,适当缓解患者腰椎椎间盘压力,加速患者痊愈。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of percutaneous transforaminal mirror extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy. Methods: During March 2016 periodto the hospital for treatment of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation 62 cases as the object of study chosen in January 2015 using a random approach. Are to be percutaneous transforaminalmicroscopy treatment, patient outcomes objectively evaluated. Results: Compared with the preoperative patients with low back pain and leg pain VAS score score VAS scores were reducedsignificantly different before and after surgery, with a statistically significant(P <0.05); this study Macnab excellent rate 90.32%. Conclusion: For extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation, selectpercutaneous transforaminal mirror technology can achieve good treatment efficacy in patients with lumbar disc pressure appropriate mitigation, accelerate patient recovery.
