摘要
目的探讨劳动技能训练对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状、提高自尊水平的作用方法 120例精神分裂症患者随机分为药物维持治疗合并劳动技能训练组(训练组)和单纯药物治疗组(对照组),采用PNSS阴性症状量表、自尊量表进行评定,分别在治疗前、1个月、3个月进行评定,并与对照组进行比较结果经过3个月训练,训练组阴性症状明显改善(T=4.54,P<0.01),自尊水平也明显的提高,统计学上有显著的差异(T=3.23,P<0.01),训练组与对照组比较,阴性症状明显改善(T=2.66,P<0.01),自尊量表分明显地提高,统计学上有显著的差异(T=2.93,P<0.01)结论劳动技能训练能改善患者的阴性症状,有助于消除患者的自卑情绪,提高患者的自尊水平
