流动儿童学习自我效能感对自卑感的影响:情绪调节策略的调节效应

20世纪80年代以来,随着改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的建立健全,我国流动人口的规模越来越大。他们的学龄期子女——流动儿童的心理问题突出,学习成绩与城市儿童相比偏低。本研究以上海、南京、杭州、芜湖、蚌埠为研究地区,将9-17岁的随父母或其他监护人在流入城市生活半年及以上,但户籍仍在原户籍地的处于义务教育阶段的儿童、少年作为研究对象,分析了流动儿童学习自我效能感、情绪调节策略以及自卑感的现状及特征;并探讨了各因素之间的相互作用,为提高流动儿童心理健康状况提供科学、客观的策略。本研究以国内外的相关研究为基础,用自卑感量表、情绪调节策略问卷、学习自我效能感量表同时施测,然后用多种数据处理方法对流动儿童学习自我效能感、情绪调节策略以及自卑感现状进行考察,并探索三者之间的关系。本研究得出以下研究结论:(1)性别、居住方式、学校类型对流动儿童学习自我效能感、情绪调节策略、自卑感有影响;(2)流动儿童学习自我效能感与自卑感呈负相关;(3)流动儿童情绪调节策略在学习自我效能感与自卑感之间起着调节作用。情绪调节策略适当者,学习自我效能感对自卑感的影响较弱。情绪调节策略不适当者,学习自我效能感对自卑感的影响较强。
Since the 80's in Twentieth Century, with the deepening of reform and the establishment of the socialist market economy system, the size of the migrant population in China is becoming more and more large. Their children who are in school age, the psychological problems of migrant children are outstanding and their academic performance is poorer than urban children. This study is in Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhu and Bengbu, as the study area. 9-17 years children and adolescents along with their parents or other guardians into the city life for half a year and above,but the household is still in the original domicile in the stage of compulsory education as the research object. We analyzes the status and characteristics of migrant children's learning self-efficacy, emotion regulation strategies and inferiority; and explores the interaction between the factors, provide a scientific, objective strategy to improve the mental health of migrant children.The study based on the research of domestic and foreign, uses inferiority feeling of quantity scale, emotional regulation strategy questionnaire, learning self-efficacy questionnaire at the same time, and then use a variety of data processing methods to investigate migrant children's learning self-efficacy sense, emotion regulation strategies and inferiority, and to explore the relationship between the three. This study shows the following conclusions:(1) Gender, residential style, school type have an effect on learning self-efficacy, emotion regulation strategies and inferiority of migrant children;(2) There is a negative correlation between learning self-efficacy and self efficacy of migrant children;(3) Emotional regulation strategies of migrant children play a regulatory role between self-efficacy and self-esteem. If emotion regulation strategies is appropriate, learning self-efficacy sense of impact on the sense of inferiority will be weak. If emotion regulation strategies inappropriate, learning self-efficacy sense of impact on the sense of inferiority will be strong.
