情绪、情绪调节自我效能感对任务转换的影响

现实生活中不断变化的环境常常要求大学生在不同目标间灵活转换,然而各种不可避免的情绪体验往往会对其转换功能造成不同影响。本研究旨在考察不同情绪及情绪调节自我效能感对大学生任务转换的影响。研究方法:采用《情绪调节自我效能感问卷》筛选出高、低情绪调节自我效能感大学生70人作为被试(其中男36名,女34名,平均年龄21.3岁),分别考察在快乐情绪状态和愤怒情绪状态下高、低情绪调节自我效能感大学生完成More-odd shifting任务的差异。结果发现:(1)不同情绪状态下大学生的反应时转换损失存在显著差异,相对于愤怒情绪状态,积极情绪状态下大学生转换损失显著降低;但高、低情绪调节自我效能感大学生的转换损失不存在显著差异;(2)情绪和情绪调节自我效能感交互作用显著,简单效应分析表明高情绪调节自我效能感大学生在快乐情绪和愤怒情绪状态下转换损失没有显著差异,但是低情绪调节自我效能感大学生在快乐情绪状态下转换损失显著低于愤怒情绪状态下;快乐情绪状态下,高、低情绪调节自我效能感大学生转换损失差异边缘显著,相比低情绪调节自我效能感大学生,高情绪调节自我效能感大学生转换损失较大,但是愤怒情绪状态下,高、低情绪调节自我效能感大学生转换损失无显著性差异。这些结果说明情绪对任务转换的影响受到情绪调节自我效能感的调节。
College students always need to switch flexibly between goals in order to adapt to changing environment. However, emotions are always unavoidable and effect on task switching. This study investigated the impact of emotion and regulatory emotional self-efficacy on task switching. Method:The College students(34 females, 36 males)were divide into two group by the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale:high regulatory emotional self-efficacy and low regulatory emotional self-efficacy. Then two of the group College students were distributed to watch different happy and angry filmstrips randomly and averagely. The College students performed the More-odd shifting task as long as the filmstrip finished. Results:(1)The effects of emotion on switch cost were significant, positive affect facilitated switch task and reduced reaction time switch cost; Moreover, there was no significant difference of switch cost between the different level of regulatory emotional self-efficacy.(2) There was significant interaction effect between emotion states and regulatory emotional self-efficacy. There was no significant difference of switch cost between the different emotion states for the high regulatory emotional self-efficacy College students, however, low regulatory emotional self-efficacy College students aroused by anger increased switch cost than who were aroused by happy state; There was marginal significant difference of switch cost between the different level of regulatory emotional self-efficacy for the College students aroused by happy state, comparing with the low regulatory emotional self-efficacy College students,high regulatory emotional self-efficacy College students performed more switch cost. In addition, there was no significant difference of switch cost between the different levels of regulatory emotional self-efficacy for the College students aroused by anger state. In summary, comparing with the anger state, happy state reduced switch cost, and the influences of emotions on task switching were modulated by regulatory emotional self-efficacy.
