摘要
随着国内汽车的发展,整车对舒适性的要求越来越高,换挡轻便、舒适已成为整车评判的主要指标;而变速器操纵性能的优良直接影响到整车换挡舒适性;改善现有变速器的操纵性能已成为重点研究工作~([1])。本文作者在实际工作过程中探索到一种低成本改善变速器操纵性能的措施,具体为叉轴自锁弹簧下的"双钢球"、转换机构加装滚针轴承的改进,最终取得了良好效果。
With development of the domestic automobile industry,the comfort requirements of vehicle are getting higher.So comfort shift has become the main point of the evaluation of the vehicle,and the transmission control performance influence the vehicle shifting performance directly,so that improve transmission control performance become a important work.[1]A low cost way in the practical work has been mentioned in this paper.That is double steal balls" under the locking springs of fork shaft and a application of the needle bearing in a switching mechanism.And the application is effective.
