快堆嬗变燃料(U-Np)O_2芯块制备工艺研究

摘要
分离-嬗变被认为是处置反应堆高放废物,实现闭式核燃料循环的根本途径。快堆的高能中子谱具有较高的嬗变效率,因此快堆被认为是最有效的嬗变装置。本文研究了UO_2和NpO_2粉末的两步混合、贫UO_2-5wt%NpO_2芯块压制及烧结等工艺过程。采用优化的压制及烧结工艺参数研制出密度达到92±1%TD、平均晶粒尺寸8~20μm、杂质含量低于850 ppm的快堆嬗变贫UO_2-5wt%NpO_2芯块芯块不进行磨削可满足直接装管对尺寸精度的要求,芯块数量至少满足1盒靶件组装需要。
