牡丹、芍药花粉活力与柱头可授性研究

摘要
采用花粉离体萌发法研究牡丹品种‘凤丹白'、‘洛阳红',芍药品种‘粉玉奴'花粉萌发适宜Ca~(2+)浓度;电子显微镜观察花粉、柱头形态特征;联苯胺-过氧化氢法检测‘粉玉奴'柱头可授性。结果表明:①3个品种中,‘凤丹白'的穿孔频率最高,花粉畸形率最低;‘粉玉奴'的穿孔频率最低,花粉畸形率最高;②不同Ca~(2+)浓度条件下,‘凤丹白'在60mg·L~(-1)CaCl_2中花粉管伸长量最大;‘洛阳红'在40mg·L~(-1)CaCl_2浓度条件下花粉管伸长量最大;③‘粉玉奴'柱头在开花后1~6d均有可授性,其中,花后第3d柱头可授性最强。
The pollen germination in vitro was used to study the conditions suitable for Ca * concentration of pollen germination of peony varieties' Feng Dan' and ' Luo yang hong' and ' Fen yu nu';The Pollen and stigma morphology observed by microscope;The stigma receptivity was tested with benzidine-H_20_2 method.The results showed that:①The Perforated frequency of Feng Dan' was highest and the Pollen deformity rate was lowest;The Perforated frequency of ' Fen yu nu' was lowest and the Pollen deformity rate was highest;②The Pollen tube elongation of ' Feng Dan' was maximum that storage in 60 mg · L~(-1)CaCl_2 under the condition of different concentrations of Ca~(2+);③The Pollen tube elongation of ' Luo yang hong' was maximum that storage in 60 mg · L~(-1) CaCl_2 under the condition of different concentrations of Ca~(2+);The stigma of ' Fen yu nu' has to teach after flowering 1-6 days and the highest of stigma receptivity on the third day.
