浅谈卷烟烟气中的TSNA含量与卷烟有害生物效应关系

摘要
为探究主流烟气中NNK的含量对人体健康影响,采用离体细胞培养的方法来检测烟气浓缩物的细胞毒性和动式被动吸烟小鼠急性毒性试验来检测烟气的急性毒性,来测定20个不同牌号卷烟的生物加权综合毒性,为卷烟的安全性评价提供毒理学依据,结果表明卷烟烟气冷凝物(CSC)中NNK的含量与其生物加权综合毒性大小并没有明显的线性关系。
In order to explore the content of NNK in mainstream smoke effects on human health,Using in vitro cell culture method to detect gas concentration cell toxicity and moving type of passive smoking mice acute toxicity test to detect smoke acute toxicity,Detecting 20 different brands of cigarette biological weighting comprehensive toxicity,As a toxicological basis to the cigarette safety evaluation,The results showed that no obvious linear relationship between cigarette smoke condensate(CSC) and the content of NNK in its biologically weighted comprehensive toxicity.
