小样本机械产品加速寿命试验可信性数值研究

摘要
在开展机械产品加速寿命试验过程中,由于试验周期、成本等原因的限制,参与试验的样本规模往往较小,而且同电子产品相比,机械产品个体间寿命差异较大,那么样本量对机械产品加速寿命试验数据评估的影响不得而知。本文基于给定的某机械产品寿命参数信息,利用MATLAB软件再生成不同规模的样本,形成加速寿命试验的模拟数据库。从该数据库中提取数据作为研究对象,在不同样本规模下,对加速寿命试验设置了混淆寿命分布以及追加样本等情形,最后比较了寿命评估的结果。结果表明:对数正态分布的数据看作威布尔分布时,同样本下评估结果差异较小;不同的样本设置情形对试验结果影响显著;样本的追加方式对评估精度有明显影响。
During the accelerated life testing of mechanical product,because of test cycles and cost,the sample size is often small,and comparing with electronic products,there are greater differences among the life of mechanical products,and what effcet the sample size has on the data evaluation of accelerated life testing is unknown.Based on a certain product parameter information,this paper uses MATLAB software to generate different sizes of samples,then the simulation database of accelerated life testing is created.As the research object in the database,the data is extracted as testing data from it.Under different sample sizes,the conditions of confusing life distribution and appending samples are setted for accelerated life testing,at last the results of life assessments are compared.The results show that there is small difference under the same sample when logarithmic normal distribution is regarded to Weibull distribution;samples of different settings have obvious influence on testing results;the different ways of sample complementing also have obvious influence on appraisal precision.
