摘要
陕北属传统的农牧交错区,种植苜蓿不仅可以推动畜牧业的发展,还可改善该地区生态环境。本试验通过观测14个国内外苜蓿品种的生长特征,测量其生物量及相关营养指标含量,旨在筛选出适宜陕北风沙区种植的优良苜蓿品种,为该地区苜蓿引种推广提供理论依据。试验采用随机区组试验方法,以陕北苜蓿为对照,通过比较各苜蓿品种的产量、营养价值和相对饲喂价值(RFV),对苜蓿进行综合评价。结果表明:随着物候期的变化,不同品种苜蓿的株高呈现增长的趋势,到达成熟期时株高最大的是WL319HQ;不同品种苜蓿的生物量、鲜干比和营养指标含量均存在差异,生物量最高的是金皇后,粗蛋白最高的是WL319HQ,粗纤维最低的是WL319HQ,粗脂肪最高的是甘农3号,酸性洗涤纤维含量最低的是WL323,中性洗涤纤维含量最低的是金皇后,灰分含量最高的是三得利,吸附水含量最高的是中草1号,木质素含量最高的是WL323;不同品种苜蓿的RFV值存在差异,金皇后和WL323的RFV值显著高于其他苜蓿品种,适口性较好。经对不同苜蓿品种进行综合评价表明:三得利、阿尔冈金、金皇后、WL323、WL319HQ苜蓿在该地区的综合表现良好,适宜于在陕北风沙区种植与推广。
The northern Shaanxi located in the traditional farming-pastoral zone, planting alfalfa can not only promote the development of animal husbandry, but also improve the local ecological environment. This test was conducted by observing the growth characteristics of 14 alfalfa varieties at home and abroad, to measure the biomass and the nutrition content. The purpose of this study is, selecting suitable planting alfalfa varieties, northern Shaanxi sandy for alfalfa introduction, and providing the theory basis for the region. This experiment adopts randomized block test method, Shanbei alfalfa as the reference, by comparing the production of alfalfa varieties, nutritional value and value of RFV for comprehensive evaluation of alfalfa. The results showed that: with the change of the phonological period, plant height growth trends of different alfalfa varieties, to mature plant height the highest is WL319HQ; there are difference in the dry-fresh ratio and nutrition index content in the different alfalfa varieties of biomass, the highest biomass is Gold queen, CP is the highest WL319 HQ, lowest is WL319 HQ CF, EE is the highest Gannong no.3, ADF content is the lowest WL323, NDF content is the lowest is gold queen, Ash content is the highest Suntory, adsorption is the height water content, implied the highest lignin content is WL323; different alfalfa varieties of RFV value differences, including Gold queen and WL323 alfalfa RFV value is significantly higher than other varieties of alfalfa, they had good palatability. Comprehensive evaluation of different alfalfa cultivars: Suntory, Medicago sativa cv, Gold queen Alfalfa, WL323 and WL319 HQ is suitable for the area of comprehensive performance, and thus is worth promoting.
